And now that I’ve seen Franny’s 23rd birthday cake, I have to agree.

Who cares about the cover when we already know that all the recipes in it will be “like totally awesome”. (though I actually do like the cover…and love that it will be a hardcover!) Can’t wait till my copy arrives in the mail…

A friend of mine told me this book is amazing, she has used it to cook every type of food from bread dipping in olive oil to super complex vegan dishes such as vegan thanksgiving dinner! The great thing about the book is that it points out the benefits of every ingredient and suggests the right ingredients to choose such as cold pressed olive oil to dress any vegan dish.

I love the cover, and was so excited to see it! Not long to launch now! The only bummer is, ordering from overseas, I have to wait a little while longer than you North Americans for it–might take two weeks to get here in the post. CAN I HOLD ON?
