If You Care

These are stocked right next to the “You’re An Asshole” baking spray.

For the record, they aren’t very good cupcake liners. They fall right off the cupcake!

  1. So true! I’ve used those and they do fall right off the cupcake!

  3. i’ve used these for a while and i think they’re great. i like that half of my cupcake doesn’t come off with the paper. 🙂

  4. That name cracks me up. I’ve used the aluminum foil before and it was completely worthless, so thin it broke all the time and my food stuck to it.

BTW: here is a link to a SUPER sweet cupcake charm bracelet I found on pixlegirlshop:

I hope you like it, I think it’s cute but $60.00 seems steep for a cupcake bracelet for myself. If I were you and had written a cupcake book though, I’d probably be all over it.

  5. @din: That’s cool! I can see that they would have a shabby chic appeal.

@Elizabeth: That is cute! But I would never spend 60 bucks on a bracelet either. I’m gonna have to sell a heck of a lot more cupcake books if I want to get that frivolous! Terry on the other hand…

  6. See, I’d rather the liner slip off the cupcake rather than struggle to pick the liner off, which often times is what encounter.

  7. I have found that silicone muffin cups are the greatest invention to make it to my kitchen. They are pretty (pastel colours by Wilton), they create no waste, and they peel off the cupcakes and muffins so easily and clean it’s like a miracle. You don’t even need a muffin tray, and they are super easy to clean and re-use too. Back to making cupcakes…

  8. their aluminum foil sucks, too!

  9. Hmmm.. these worked absolutely great for me, instead of the crappy regular ones that decimate the cupcake from the bottom during consumption.

  10. You have an outstanding good and well structured site. I enjoyed browsing through it

  11. Wow, I just bought some of those and they worked great — on the first cupcakes I’ve baked since I moved out of my parents’ house 32 years ago!

BTW, my husband and I think you rock. Although we’re not actually vegan, he’s allergic to dairy protein and will cough, sniffle, and itch if he eats anything with milk in it. Now he can have gooey frosted baked desserts again! (Uh-oh!)

  12. I bought a gabillion for the cupcakes I made for the trade fair I attended a few weeks ago. After all, I DO CARE, gosh darn it!

  13. Yes! These are bad! Fall right off. And the passive-agressive panhandling name is just too gross.

  14. IF YOU CARE BAKING CUPS are great BECAUSE they DON’T stick to the muffin. The liner is supposed to fall off. Big business put cute little designs on theirs because their cheap ones stick and pull the cupcake apart – lulling weak minds into thinking “oh, what cute paper” instead of being appropriately irritated by the fact you can’t eat the cupcake or muffin without tearing it up.

    • Michelle, you are 100% right. I am puzzled to read negative reviews on these liners. They rock. Honestly–when the cupcakes are ready to eat and you PEEL OFF THESE LINERS, VOILA, the cupcake retains its heavenly shape and no parts of it get stuck to the liner, unlike other thin ones which force you to scrape the torn remains stuck to the bottom of the cup.

These cups are thick and very much non-stick, which saves cupcakes from becoming torn when you pull the liner off. Simply said and tried and tested . peace 🙂

  15. I like that the liners fall off of the cupcake.

These especially work well on your mocha chip muffins – which by the way are the most amazing muffins ever invented. 😉

  18. This is really great information. I have found that there is a lot of misinformation on the internet about health issues therefore I appreciate your great content. I find that regular activity, such as running, is good for your health and will help you keep fit. Personally I found that additionally to keeping
physically fit Deer Antler Plus is helping me in the bedroom department. You might have never heard of the latter. So what is it? Velvet Deer Antler is named after the soft, velvet-like covering that deer antlers have before they turn bony. Antlers are organs of bone which regenerate each year from the heads of male deer. In addition to bone, support tissues such as nerves also regenerate. Nerves grow up to 1 cm each day. Deer antler velvet contains many substances including amino acids, minerals, proteins, anti-inflammatory peptides, hormones, gangliosides and glycosaminoglycans, and Insulin-like Growth Factor-1. The composition of velvet supplements depend on the diet of the deer, climate, time of year, age of stag and the various concentrations of substances in different regions of the antler velvet itself. It is said, that taking Deer Antler Plus will make you an unforgettable lover.
