Cappucino Cupcakes Filled With Espresso Creme

Filed under: Baking Porn,Cookbook — by isachandra @ 12:09 pm

As the name implies, these are cappucino cupcakes filled with a tofu based espresso creme, straight from page 138.

Cappucino Cupcake

We poke holes in the cupcake and then overfill it with the pastry creme so that a cute little dollop peeks out on top.

This picture was taken by our very own Terry Hope Romero, but as soon as photos start coming in from readers we’ll be posting those on these very pages.

  2. If I could bottle the way these fill the kitchen with a this amazing warm coffee chocolate smell when they’re baking, I’d be the most powerful woman in the world.

Because that’s just the first step to world domination, yummy cupcake smells.

  4. I just got my cupcake book in the mail(thank you thank you thank you) and can not wait to blog about what I make out of there. My partner’s favorite pre-vegan treat was Boston cream cake, so if I can make him a vegan Boston/Brooklyn cupcake, I’ll be a hero. Did I mention, thank you?
