Because kids plus vegan cupcakes cancel out all the world’s evil. These belong to dollydlux, who usually shares yummy produce recipes with us at Project Produce. Sometimes after cooking all those veggies you just need to kick back and relax with a cupcake. Behold Chocolate Cupcakes with Chocolate Buttercream!

What a great book! I made the Golden Vanilla Cupcakes (45 of ‘em) for my daughter’s birthday party. They were a SMASH! I had kids clamoring for seconds and thirds. The texture was fab, the rise excellent, just perfect. I’ll be baking another 50 for Hallowwen parties. Thanks so much!

Thanks for the idea! Can’t wait to try it with my daughters, they love cupcakes, especially chocolate (who doesn’t love chocolate)!
